Pirate!Spain x Nyotalia!Romano Cosplay

How the story went down:

A lonely Lovina wanders around the hallways of Naka-con looking for a familiar face, when a flash of scarlet catches her eye. Peering through the bustling crowd of otaku, she sees a dashing Spanish pirate conversing with some fellow anime-lovers. Uncertain if she should approach the cosplayer, Lovina decides to go her merry way when a voice cries out: "Romano?!?" Turning to the voice, she finds the Pirate walking towards her with a big goofy smile. Unsure if he was calling to her, she softly calls back: "Boss?" Stopping in his tracks, the Spaniard seemed startled for a few moments before bursting into a full sprint towards Lovina crying out "YOU CALLED ME BOSS!!!" Realizing her slip, the tsundere Italian cried back "Don't get used to it!" while trying to keep her basket of tomatoes from being crushed by the pirate's revolving hug.

A literal recall of when I first met my new friend Jesse Crownheart at Naka-con this year. It was my first year cosplaying and was way too shy to approach any fellow hetalia-cosplayers. Thankfully Jesse was really into her role as Pirate!Spain and let me tag along after her throughout the rest of the day! Probably one of my most memorable Convention moments I will cherish forever!
